Please note: If you’ve already had a test (it must contain total testosterone) through another provider or GP- our doctors can use the results during your appointment. Please follow this link for more details.

Tell us about your symptoms, health history, and goals through our quick online questionnaire. We will need you to provide a copy of your baseline blood tests (if not completed with Voy), proof you are taking HRT and a form of photo ID.

Depending on your answers:

  • If we need a little more information: We’ll invite you over email to a short appointment with a doctor (at no extra cost)

  • If you’re ready to start straight away: We’ll email to confirm you’re suitable, then ask you to set up your secure patient account and pay for your chosen medication.
